PCC Polonaise Ballroom Rentals

80 to 500 People

A non-refundable $1000 deposit is required to secure a date.  An additional $1000 is also required as a security deposit in case of incidental damages, otherwise to be refunded 3 business days after the event.  A final headcount must be provided 7 days prior to the event.  Additional seating on the day of the event will be charged at $44 per person.

Room, tables, chairs, linens, buffet table skirts, napkins, dishes, silverware, water glasses, setup, clean-up, wait staff ***. Silk centerpieces and chair covers additional charge.
Event time 5 hours + 1 hour for decorating & clean up.

$10 Wedding Ceremony (per person)

Ceremony package includes private room for bridal party.

Outside catering must be provided by a professional caterer or restaurant. Insurance certificate and contact information must be provided as well as a list of all menu items to be served at the event.

*For parties less than 100 in ballroom (max cap. 500), an additional $250 room charge will apply.
